Program Description
Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up and movement prep tailored to the day’s strength and conditioning focus. After a coach-led warm-up, athletes transition into the strength or skill segment, which may include barbell training, bodyweight exercises, or skill development.
Next comes the Workout of the Day (WOD), a blend of functional fitness movements and high-intensity interval training designed to challenge and build endurance.
To wrap up, the session concludes with accessory work and mobility exercises, reinforcing proper movement patterns and recovery.
